In Philippines, I guess you can see that they would have a good reason to complain; However, these wonderful people know how to handle a Typhon. Despite the danger, electrocution, fall, and drowning , they find a way to overcome this 'slippery situation'.

Lorsque le typhon Ketsana a touché les Philippines la semaine dernière, les résidents ont dû trouver des solutions créatives pour rester à pied sec et s’en sortir. Il y a évidemment une bonne dizaine de raisons pour que ce soit une mauvaise idée, mais ils n’avaient pas vraiment le choix.

Si on m'avait dit il y a 10ans que je ferais partie de ce genre d'évènement... J'aurais dit ''vous rêvez Hubert..." Mais si. Bien entendu, les années passent, la morale se fait moins rigide, voire plus souple. (non, non, je vous entends d'ici, ne voyez pas le mâle partout).
Nous voilà partis, sac dessus, sac dessous, Les Érics, Le Flo et moi. Tenue coquines, argentées, discos, marinière, tout y était. Un train de faux-cils et de perruques plus loin, nous voici à Marseille. Commençons par un Brunch Champagne au New Hôtel of Marseille (Non Isa, pas le Hôtel of Marseille, mais le bien NEW H.O.M, excusez la pauvresse...)
36 degrés plus tard, nous sommes au port autonome, embarquement, cocktail rozass, photo souvenir et hop, sur le bastion (de la mer, s'entend).
Les vacances démarrent.

A New Year is Here! Welcome to 2009

Finally!!! Welcome 2009, as 2008 has been soso. That was the year of new beginning for me, new friends coming along, but also some sadness and dark moments... If I should see it from a distance, personally, it has been quite alright, but of course one cannot only see life within his/her own spectrum. All together, I'm pretty releived that we are on January 2009. I did turn 45 few days ago, which makes me almost HALF of a CENTURY...How about that??!!

My friends all around me, wherever part of the world they are at the moment, work is very present, but give me satisfation, it's still motivating (a good raise and a confirmation of a near future promotion had done the trick... :) ) my health is tiptop, still have a few (ahheemm) pounds to shed, but overall, I'm satisfied.

Not too mention, a new baby came into my life...DeeJay. She'll never replace my dear Vega, but she'll take a new place in my heart. Such a cutie; A demon too mind you; But I guess that's puppies do. Oh yeah, I'm still G.A.Y, so we're talking dogs, not infants, alas...

Will post some pixies very soon, she's a doll, you'll see.

Ouufff...Un job!

Je n'étais plus trop difficile, the clock is ticking, mon porte-monnaie se vide, plus d'économie, la dèche, fini D&G et Armani; Il me fallait vraiment un taff, pas trop mal payé, pas trop inintéressant, pas trop loin du centre et me donnant des possibilité de faire des voyages pas chers...

Difficile me direz-vous; Presque mission impossible apparemment! mais j'ai trouvé un petit truc sympatoche, collègues abordables (un pédé, une jolie blonde pas idiote, un hétéro farfelu, encadré par une cadre rigolote comme on dit habituellement. Dans le 11ème, près de Bastille, donc géographiquement, ça collait. Le salaire, bah, vu la misère qu'on propose dans le Tourisme français, pas trop à se plaindre; Jolis bureaux tout neufs, ça sent encore la peinture, le meuble Ikéa, le pc encore recouvert du film plastique, des claviers sans fils (humm... pas terrible du reste!) en bref, bonne 1ère impression.

Ça y est !!! Je suis devenu un 46 pantalon!
Quelle ignominie...Hier à peine je me glissait encore dans des 501 taille 29; Enfin, avant-hier quoi. De 29 à 46, il y a un abime, voir, un continent.
C'est venu par derrière, comme une traitrise. un coup bas, enfin, vers la ceinture surtout. 46! On passe de séducteur adulé à porcinet. En un tournemain. Un sale tour d'ailleurs. On le voit bien arriver, mais on se dit qu'on pourra. au dernier moment, tel le Lièvre, commencer à démarrer et qu'il ne nous rattrapera jamais...(le gras!) Et bien si. Il nous attend au tournant, nous dépasse.

43ans, 46 pantalon, et célibataire!!! Autant dire, UN PARIA à Tapettapolis.On connait l'oeil acerbe et la critique tranchante des homosexuels posté sur les terrasses...Je sais, j'en ai fait partie, et à l'occasion, je recommence, mais là...46!!! Autant mettre un cache-poussière Pierre Cardin en satin rouge vif et me poster au milieu de la rue principale lors des férias de Pampelune.

Terrible. Comme je l'ai juré à mon meilleur ami devant une téquila Orange, dès que ce boulot se confirme, ON VA AU SPORT!!!! Juré sur la tête de maman, alors j'ai plus le choix vraiment :)

SO, big comeback to the parisian gay scene...Summer is over and we get to go out AGAIN!!! Good, because a gay man gets older and older if he doesn't party enough (yeahh, that's a licit statement, you'll find out soon enough; Better than botox and healthier.
Almost everyone is drinking mineral water, and they keep energetic and groovy. This surdose of health triggers the libido, and very quickly you can see couples forming on the dancefloor. Gay people are very friendly to each others and nobody can resist a hug...Could you?? I cant, and I didn't.

See what a lovely smile we have here...This is my dear friend Sophie, on her wedding day. She smiles because she's very happy, and of course, you might think, happy because she's getting married?...Possibly but that's not it; Happy because she's with all her friends?...Probably but still, that's not it; Happy because she made her vows to the man she loves and who has given her two lovely children?....Sure, but there is something else of course;

She happy because she look GORGEOUS! And that makes me happy, because I had a part in that look, the best part...I made her dress of course, and her hairdo and the make up surely.
